We had 28 participants for the 21st running of the Hearts and Tarts drive. Lunch was at the Skyhawk Restaurant at the Boundary Bay Airport. Great sunny day, little traffic on the road, and lots of Bald-Headed Eagles to view.
Great drive, great lunch, great day! Ten Morgans, many with top down, out for a drive on a dry day in January. As the saying goes, a good time was had by all.
Saturday Jan. 26 is the date for our Annual Mike Powley Memorial Run and Lunch. Spend a couple of hours touring the Lower Fraser Valley, then partake of a warming lunch at a local hostelry. Contact Ken Miles at kengmiles@telus.net or on 604 576 8036 for details.
The prestigious and highly desirable prize for the Snapshot of the Year has arrived at PacMOG HQ and will be delivered forthwith to contest winners, Joanne & Kit.
Our Morgan Moments Snapshot Contest has concluded for 2018. The winner and our Snapshot of the Year 2018 is a beautiful photo taken by Joanne Cockshutt & Kit Raetsen of their Plus 4 parked up beside Buttle Lake on Vancouver Island. The shot was taken last June on PacMOG's Campbell River Run. Fine shots by Tom Morris, Steve Blake and Val Smith received honourable mention.

We'll meet up at a convenient location in Surrey, drive the Morgans around for a couple of hours, then stop for lunch at a local watering hole. What's not to like? If you might be interested in joining us, regardless of what you're driving at the moment, drop us a note from the Contact page. Or, better yet, go to the Join PacMOG page and sign up so you can join us at all our great events.
The Fathers Day events went off an absolute treat. Thanks to Bryan & Margit for the wonderful BBQ Saturday night and thanks also to Treacy and her helpers for Sundays picnic lunch. The three night stay over at Oyster Bay Resort and the associated events and drives, organised by Jane, Doug, Pat, and Norma were perfect. The trip to the Shelter Point Distillery was one highlight, of many. The weather, for the whole week, could not have been better. An added bonus was meeting up with a group of Brit-car fans in Campbell River. By all accounts the stay over in Powell River by the Lower Mainland contingent on their way home was also first rate.
Nice to see 21 Morgans on the Field at the Vancouver All British Field Meet at VanDuesen Gardens on Saturday May 19, with twelve PacMOG cars in the mix. It was good to see a nice contingent from Washington State and it was great to be able to spend some time with several other old friends. We even picked up a couple of new members, a great big PacMOG welcome to Clint and Jennifer. All in all a great day. Sunday saw five Morgans lined up at Park Royal for the Annual Whistler Run and once again the majority were PacMOG cars. Next up is the Vancouver Island Run in June.
